Grilled octopus was spot on and very generous portion size. Pistachio crusted grouper was delicious as was tripletail entree. Service was great and overall great experience. Def worth the trip.
My experience at Verdi's was amazing. When visiting Marco Island this place is a must. The HEAD CHEF at Verdi's is the owner. The chef loves his family, his wife, loves to cook, loves his customers and loves his restaurant. The chef came out of the kitchen to our table to make sure everything was prepared the way we wanted it prepared. The food here is cooked to order. This place will give you a VIP experience. They don't rush you out of the restaurant. They make sure every customer is treated like family. What a great restaurant. The food was amazing. I had the surf and turf. The lobster was spot on and the filet was cooked perfectly. What an amazing meal. Plenty of parking in front of the restaurant. The wine was amazing. The service was incredible. The ambiance was perfection. I will keep coming back to this place. I had a great time.
My wife and two of my sons (20, 15) ate here in November 2024. In a nutshell, I would describe it as elevated Italian cuisine. Most of the dishes have a unique twist, which seem to distinguish it from run-of-the-mill Italian. The food quality is excellent and the presentation (with edible flowers) was next level. Don't worry, they have tried and true standards for the less adventurous. Our meals included two kinds of ravioli, a pork chop, grilled octopus and the meatball. Expensive, but delicious

Dined here again on this year's trip to Marco. Bread is still wonderful! This time around, I ordered the seafood special, a Mahi Mahi which was absolutely incredible! Highly, highly recommend!
When on Marco island we have our favorites. A friend recommended we try something different. Note :They are beer and wine only the selections were few however we find a good bottle. We enjoyed the meatballs and wedge salad to start. Recommend you try the crispy duck. The shrimp and scallops was very good. Our server recommended the chicken phyllo. It was dry and not something I would recommend. I told her that the dough absorbed all the liquid. After it was absorbed the rest was dry. The service was ok the ambiance was ok. It's a small place . I would return for the duck.
